Pico de Gallo


Ingredients:

1 tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 cup of cilantro, chopped
½ a lime

Place all the chopped vegetables together in a bowl and squeeze the lime juice from the ½ lime over all. Stir together and refrigerate. This Pico de Gallo will last 1-2 days.
