1 ½ lbs chicken breast tenderloins
1 lb chicken sausage links
2 lbs beef round or sirloin steak
1 turkey breast, up to 6-7 pounds
1 ½ lbs turkey kielbasa
2 lbs wild caught salmon
Dairy:
Parmesan cheese
Frozen Food:
1 pkg Southwestern style vegetable mix (corn, black beans, onions, and peppers
1 pkg Peas
Fresh Produce:
1 bell pepper
2 fresh pineapples, or 1 fresh and 1 frozen
2 mangoes
1 lime
1 lemon
1 bunch cilantro
2 red onions
2 yellow onions
2 zucchini
4 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 head of garlic, or a jar of organic crushed garlic
1 bunch celery
1 bag carrots (buy them already sliced, if you like)
2 russet potatoes
2 lbs red grapes
1 large pkg spring mix
1 head green leaf lettuce
1 head romaine
1 sprig of rosemary
Canned Food:
1 can or box of organic chicken broth
1 can sliced black olives
Dry Food and Staples:
Brown rice
White rice
1 lb fusilli pasta
Whole wheat hamburger buns
Bakery bread rolls
Croutons
Spices and Condiments:
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Barbeque sauce
