This shopping list is for the Dinner Magic Menus August Week 1.
Meats:
4 skinless chicken breasts
2 lbs chicken breast tenderloins
¾ lb round steak or thinly sliced breakfast steak
1 lb round steak
1 lb shrimp
½ pound of ham (If you can find already cut up, great!)
Dairy:
Eggs
2 to 4 oz feta cheese
Parmesan
Small pkg mozzarella
1 lb butter (Real butter, not margarine.)
Frozen Food:
1 pkg broccoli and carrots (If fresh is available, that’s even better.)
Fresh Produce:
4 onions
2 bell peppers
1 pkg sliced carrots
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
½ lb snow peas
4 ears of corn
1 small head of broccoli
1 small head of cauliflower
1 summer squash
1 zucchini
1 bunch of celery
1 bag or bunch of fresh spinach
Iceberg lettuce
Romaine
2 mangos
2 apples
1 head garlic (or a jar of organic crushed garlic)
1 bunch cilantro
Sprig of basil
Sprig of oregano
1 bunch of parsley (A kitchen herb garden is nice to have.)
1 lemon
Canned Food:
1 can pineapple
28 oz can chopped tomatoes (or 2 fresh tomatoes)
1 can or box of organic chicken broth
1 can sliced black olives
1 can evaporated skim milk
Dry Food and Staples:
White rice
Angel hair pasta
Fusilli pasta
Flour (You should always have flour in the pantry.)
Brown sugar
Hawaiian bread rolls
Small pkg slivered almonds
Small pkg walnuts
Craisins
Corn flakes
croutons
Spices and Condiments:
Olive oil
Cooking oil
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Cornstarch
Mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
Caesar salad dressing
Paprika
Salt and pepper
