Dinner Magic Shopping List February Week 3

Meats:
5 pound beef pot roast
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
2 pounds catfish fillets

Dairy:

2 cups Mozzarella cheese
Eggs
¼ cup of feta cheese or other goat cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
4 ounces sour cream

Frozen Food:
1 small package peas and carrots
1 small package of frozen green beans or asparagus (or buy fresh if in season)

Fresh Produce:

2 russet potatoes
1 turnip
1 parsnip
4 carrots
1 bunch of celery
1 red bell pepper
2 green bell peppers
1 red onions
2 yellow onion
1 bunch green onions
2 bunches fresh spinach
1 bunch of cilantro
1 head of romaine lettuce
1 bag of shredded cabbage for coleslaw
1 tomato
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
8 ounces crimini mushrooms
1 lemon

Canned Food:
1 cup of beef broth
1 quart of chicken broth
1 jar artichoke hearts
1 jar pizza sauce
1 can refried beans
1 small jar chipotle hot sauce
Pineapple juice (individual serving size) or a small can of pineapple

Dry Food and Staples:
1 package of Lipton onion soup mix
Whole wheat flour
White flour
Olive oil
Vegetable oil
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Balsamic vinegar
1 pound rotini pasta
White rice and brown rice

Spices and Condiments:
Salt and pepper
Chili powder, cumin, rosemary, Cajun seasoning, celery seed
Sugar
1 package stir-fry seasoning mix
Soy sauce
Red wine for cooking
White wine for cooking
