2 cups low fat or fat free vanilla yogurt
Frozen Food:
2 small packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
Fresh Produce:
2 yellow onions
2 red onions
1 bunch of green onions
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 head of romaine lettuce
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 bag of carrots
Broccoli florets
1 stalk of celery
1 chinese eggplant or small purple globe eggplant
1 bag raw baby spinach
1 avocado
4 baking potatoes
Canned Food:
1 small jar or bottle of pizza sauce
1 jar of Italian pasta sauce
2 small cans sliced black olives
1 jar of regular black or green olives
1 can evaporated skim milk
1 small can chopped pineapple
